The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in managing various aspects of human resources administration, focusing on recruitment, employee onboarding, training, benefits management, and record keeping.

Main Responsibilities

- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees.
- Develop and implement effective training initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Manage employee benefits, recognition, and reward programs.
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR records.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources administration, with a focus on recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- High degree of accuracy in data management and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
