Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Growth Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for exploring new markets, educating businesses about the benefits of professional printing, and showcasing our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Market Exploration: Visit shopkeepers and small businesses to introduce our printing services.
  • Educate & Consult: Help businesses understand how professional printing can improve their brand image.
  • Showcase & Customize: Use Canva to help customers design their business cards, bill books, and warranty stickers instantly.
  • Finalize Orders & Secure Payments: Guide customers through our simple order process, ensuring full advance payment collection before printing.
  • Target Achievement: Complete 30 business card orders daily and achieve a monthly sales target.

  • Market-Savvy: Deep understanding of how shopkeepers make buying decisions.
  • Sales & Relationship Building Skills: Ability to convince customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Trustworthy & Professional: Committed to honesty, discipline, and intelligent hard work.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Canva, WhatsApp Business, and email for quick customer interactions.
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.
Benefits

Compensation Package:
  • Base Salary: Performance-based, ranging from Rs. 36,000 to Rs. 50,000.
  • Commission: 5% on Bill Books and Warranty Stickers sales.
  • Performance Bonus: Achieve the monthly sales target and earn an extra Rs. 20,000 bonus.
  • iPad for Canva Designing (provided with a security deposit).
