
Telecom Industry Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business leads for bulk sale deals and pre-network deployment. You will attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients, acquire in-depth knowledge of network layout and roadmap, and develop quotes and proposals for clients as per their needs.
You will be responsible for successfully closing and getting MOUs signed from bulk deal owners, meeting bulk deal targets, and maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained.
Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on bulk deals which are in pipeline, ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies, and reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Telecom or Sales, Business Administration, and at least 3+ years of experience in business development domain preferably in telecom sector.
They will have a proven experience in sales and marketing of service industry, experience of leading large teams, marketing and sales acumen, product knowledge, problem-solving skills, service standard implementation, and communication.
