Recruitment Manager - US Telecom Industry

A high-caliber Recruitment Manager is sought to spearhead talent acquisition efforts in the US telecom sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, industry insight, and expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to support talent acquisition across the US telecom sector.
  • Partner with regional hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment approaches aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods and platforms to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in the US market.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting the organization's values and employer brand.
  • Stay informed of US labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, using data to improve efficiency, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure full compliance with US federal and state employment laws, including EEOC regulations and other applicable guidelines.
Requirements And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role, preferably within the US telecom industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for both white-collar (engineering, IT, project management) and blue-collar (field technicians, laborers) roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices, labor regulations, and employment standards.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proven success in building diverse talent pipelines and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
