This role involves full-cycle international recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top global talent. Additionally, you will design and manage a seamless onboarding experience for international new hires and serve as the primary back-office contact for international employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, Workday).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
