Compliance Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Project Manager to oversee high-volume compliance testing projects.

  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple compliance testing projects ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams delegating tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance regulations, standards, and testing methodologies in collaboration with compliance experts.
  • Track project progress using project management tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Jira preparing detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Compliance, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with experience in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Jira.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while driving projects to completion independently.
