Job Title:
Software Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their software issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot software and system functionality, integrations, product features, and adoption issues
  • Create and develop SQL scripts and other custom software processes
  • Install and configure software products, providing a pathway for professional services or hosted consulting, pre-sales, engineering, product management, and more
  • Write knowledge-base documentation and assist in expanding our self-service portal and customer happiness by developing top-notch training modules and videos
  • Provide insights that aid in improving existing solutions and planning next-generation products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues quickly and provide customer insights to inform bug fixes, new product functionality, and features

What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience or demonstrated capability in a similar role
  • Experience with Java development
  • Familiarity with Spring frameworks and/or Spring Boot
  • Experience with SQL databases and the SQL programming language
  • Prior experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools like Hibernate is a plus
  • The ability to learn new languages and technologies
  • An understanding of common software design patterns
  • Knowledge of the full Software Development Lifecycle
  • Working proficiency in SQL and relational databases
  • Self-motivated problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication skills in English at a business level
  • A desire to enhance UI and UX skills
  • A Computer Science degree or equivalent is required
