Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Services Coordinator to provide supplies, communication systems, and printed materials while maintaining infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing special projects, maintaining records, and contributing to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

In addition, the Administrative Services Coordinator will supervise guards, office boys, and admin assistants to meet operational and security needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential resources and materials by identifying needs, evaluating options, and maintaining equipment.
  • Maintain infrastructure, facilities, and equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements.
  • Maintain records of official service/maintenance agreements and issue new and old equipment.
  • Supervise staff scheduling and assigning duties.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Able to instruct, direct, and evaluate employees.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Able to maintain favorable public relations.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with government officials and private industry officials.
