The Department of Emergency Services at a reputable hospital offers a multidisciplinary health approach, enabling doctors from different services to work seamlessly together, resulting in an effective continuum of care.

This role is based at the hospital, providing support to the Chair in managing various functions including finance, administration, personnel, and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing schedules, making logistic arrangements, collecting evaluations, and maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare schedules for faculty tutorials and case presentations, make logistic arrangements for residents, collect evaluations, and maintain an inventory of office supplies.
  2. Manage all office supplies and purchase requests, ensuring timely availability.
  3. Provide facilitation to rotating residents for timely submission of PGME forms and ensure handover within the HR timeline.
  4. Assist in tasks assigned by the PGME program director and coordinator, such as compiling data and preparing quarterly and annual letters for feedback.
Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably a master's from a recognized institute.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in computer packages, such as MS Office.
