Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual to provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of customer queries through written communications and a positive attitude.

  • Assist customers with their items purchased through our e-commerce platform.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our organization.
  • Maintain swift responses to customers through email and/or chat.
  • Maintain a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner when dealing with customers to ensure high service quality.
  • Document each customer query along with the resulting solution.
  • Provide alternatives for products/items not available on our e-commerce platform.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures when providing resolutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest system information and process changes.
  • Handle objections and customer pushbacks effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess a strong problem-solving approach. They will also be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
