Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Mechanical Service Advisor to provide a seamless service experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a main car dealership, with a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and ensure a smooth communication flow.
  • Accurately document vehicle issues and service requests, providing clear information to the mechanical team.
  • Communicate estimated service costs and timelines to customers, addressing their concerns and queries.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct post-service final checks to guarantee customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a main car dealership, preferably with knowledge of Honda or other well-known automotive brands.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, including computer systems and dealership management software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
