
Business Director

RG Blue Communications is seeking a Business Director with significant experience in the advertising industry to lead major accounts, develop integrated brand strategies, and drive creative excellence. This is a high-level role for seasoned agency professionals who have delivered full 360° campaigns and understand how to turn complex brand challenges into compelling, multi-platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Brand Relationship
Serve as the strategic business partner for key clients
Build long-term client relationships based on trust and consistent value delivery
Deliver Platform-Neutral Strategies
Spearhead integrated campaigns across TV, digital, print, and activations
Approach brand challenges with a solution-first mindset, not limited by media silos
Grow Business and Teams
Drive organic business growth within existing accounts
Lead and mentor a team of account managers and strategists
Execute with Excellence
Oversee the end-to-end execution of national campaigns, content plans, and productions
Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of creativity and strategic alignment
Qualifications & Skills:
At least 10 years of experience in a core advertising agency role (mandatory)
Proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns
Strong grasp of brand strategy and the end-to-end agency process
Effective leadership and mentorship capabilities
Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills
Experience with regional or international brands is a plus
This is not a media sales, PR, finance, or client-side role
This position is not suitable for candidates seeking on-the-job training
