About This Role
">This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Response Center Engineer, you'll be the primary point of contact for incoming customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
">Main Responsibilities
">You will be responsible for:
">Key Accountabilities
">- Providing proactive support to clients through various channels, identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless support.
- Communicating effectively with clients, providing regular updates on issue progress and resolutions.
- Improving client documentation and knowledge base, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
">- Possess relevant Microsoft Certification or demonstrate a solid understanding of Networking Fundamentals (Network+, CCNA).
- Exhibit excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Support low-level desktop support, including applications and performance, as well as low-level cloud services (O365 SharePoint, Gmail/Google Apps).
- Perform basic Network Troubleshooting and address Basic DNS and DHCP issues.
- Hold a Graduate or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and bring 2-3 years of relevant experience.
