Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Expert. As the initial point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless interactions.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone calls.
  • Managing and tracking orders through e-commerce platforms.
  • Handling order issues, including cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Collaborating with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments.

Proficiency in customer service software, such as Gorgias or Zendesk, is an asset.
