Operating Room Specialist

The team delivers perioperative care and operating room facilities for surgical procedures, intensive care to critically ill patients in the surgical ICU, and pain management services.
We have a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, nurses, and technicians who commit to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients requiring surgery, anesthesia, or pain services.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop reports on indicators, perform statistical analysis, and prepare performance reports.
- Meet with consultants to ensure satisfaction, follow up on complaints, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with support services and work closely with managers to ensure patient satisfaction and maintain service standards.
- Enter patient billing daily, update it as resolved, run pending billing, and close it.
- Identify administrative staff training needs.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in completing tasks promptly.
- Conduct studies by collecting data, analyzing it, and making recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred, or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in an Operating Room.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently, handle pressure.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint.
