Administrative Assistant

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless office operations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage daily tasks, inquiries, and records with precision.

Key responsibilities include supervising office supplies, maintaining accurate financial reports, updating company databases, and maintaining confidentiality through secure filing systems.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inventory and order office supplies.
  2. Prepare regular expense reports and budget updates.
  3. Maintain and update company databases.
  4. Establish and maintain a secure filing system for confidential documents.
  5. Respond to employee and client queries in a timely manner.
  6. Answer and direct phone calls, ensure messages are conveyed effectively.
  7. Coordinate meetings, take detailed minutes, and disseminate information as required.
  8. Review and update office policies regularly.
  9. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  10. Arrange meeting rooms and book travel accommodations.
  11. Organize correspondence and prepare reports with statistical data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and similar software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.
