Perioperative Anaesthesia Specialist

A healthcare professional with expertise in administering anaesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, procedures outside the operating room, and related services is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- performing preoperative assessments of patients to determine suitability for anaesthesia
- providing perioperative care to patients during surgical procedures
- delivering anaesthesia services to patients requiring treatment outside the operating theatre
- conducting related procedures under the supervision of a consultant specialist
- adhering to hospital policies on quality and patient safety while providing patient care
- participating in departmental initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
The ideal candidate should possess:
- a medical degree from a recognized institution
- substantial post-qualification experience in relevant fields
- excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and families
- strong analytical abilities to make informed decisions and develop solutions
- ability to respond quickly to crisis situations, drawing on available resources
- expertise in counselling patients and their relatives
- employment verification checks will be conducted
