Junior HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior HVAC Technician.

About the Role
  • As an integral member of our maintenance crew, you will assist senior technicians in all aspects of HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
  • Responsibilities include carrying tools, following instructions, and assisting with pipe cutting, vacuuming, wiring, and mounting tasks.
  • You will handle basic service calls such as split AC gas top-up, filter cleaning, and minor repairs under close supervision.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly used and maintained after every visit, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain client site cleanliness during and after work hours.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure system efficiency, contributing to reduced energy consumption and enhanced indoor comfort.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC system problems and provide effective solutions, leveraging your analytical skills and technical knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, facilitating efficient planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior technicians to enhance service delivery, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Must be proficient in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair, with a solid understanding of relevant codes and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in documentation and scheduling software.
