Primary Responsibilities:

  8. Pursue proactive outreach to industry professionals, universities, and other potential sources to build a robust talent pipeline.
  9. Represent DyCoders at job fairs and conferences to showcase the company's brand and values.
  10. Perform additional tasks as required.
