
Email Support Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Email Support Expert to provide top-notch support to customers through email and online chat platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to share insights and ensure consistent service.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, NetSuite) and online chat platforms.
