Job Description

A dynamic and forward-thinking organization is seeking a seasoned SEO/SEM expert to spearhead its search engine optimization and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive online visibility, increase rankings on major search networks, and maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

  • Develop and execute data-driven SEO and SEM strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying within budget and estimating monthly costs.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
