Job Title

This position ensures employers and workers comply with safety legislation and adopt health and safety policies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement all safety aspects as per company policy, client-approved procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Analyze work schedules to identify potential safety hazards.
  • Conduct daily safety reviews with supervisors to implement safety measures.
  • Ensure employees are trained, qualified, authorized, and licensed.
  • Identify and correct unsafe acts.
  • Achieve a zero-risk policy across all activities.
  • Report any safety violations directly to the Project Manager.
  • Verify the use of proper tools and equipment.
  • Ensure workers wear necessary safety gear.
  • Perform daily inspections to ensure safe working methods and maintain welfare/first aid facilities.
  • Promote Health, Safety, and Environmental awareness and excellence.
  • Stop work when unsafe conditions are detected.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

Required:

• Technical Diploma or Science Graduate

• 5+ years of experience (at least 3 years in multinational or large national companies)
