Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a key role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Agile SDLC projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence and utilize JIRA for backlog management and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with development teams to leverage Bitbucket for version control and code repository management.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and conduct impact assessments to identify business opportunities and process improvements.
  • Provide support in testing efforts and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working in Agile SDLC environments.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with API integrations and technical documentation.
