Job Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Executive at VectorCoder, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Competing for projects on online platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Analyzing client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Developing compelling proposals and RFP responses to win deals on behalf of the company or freelancer.
- Interacting with clients to understand technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Monitoring competitors' activities and tracking market trends.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality standards.
- Submitting bids on online marketplaces daily and engaging with international clients.
- Identifying new leads and opportunities for collaboration.
- Handling technical queries from clients and making informed decisions based on their input.
- Communicating project opportunities to existing and potential clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through effective communication and account handling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of IT services and experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills for account handling and relationship building.
- Proactive and convincing abilities.
