
Key Account Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Key Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in collaborating with LMTs/Key Accounts Management in FMCG.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer services teams and warehouses for order preparation and daily follow-ups.
- Cross-dock stock between warehouses, including south to central and central to south locations.
- Coordinate with transporters to arrange vehicles for last-mile deliveries and stock balancing.
- Align delivery timelines with customers and schedule last-mile deliveries.
- Arrange necessary documentation for delivery, including DN, Invoice, and GRN.
- Coordinate with delivery assistants and customers during operations.
- Submit payment packets to the controlling team for payment purposes.
- Roll out KPIs to monitor performance.
- Manage cost-to-serve, productivity improvements, and cost-saving projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience using WMS or similar Order Processing Systems/Inventory Management Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills backed by data.
- Demonstrated proactive ability to translate analysis into action.
- Ability to organize and present data for analytical purposes and provide historical data.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Capacity to communicate effectively with internal and customer partners at all levels.
- Ability to learn internal and customer forecasting, order generation, and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
