We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our social media marketing and advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic planning and goal setting to effectively reach target customers through carefully crafted content creation and publishing.
  • Bolster brand awareness and online reputation by developing high-quality content and promoting it across various platforms.
  • Cultivate leads and sales by leveraging social advertising to promote relevant content.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
  • Possess knowledge of traditional marketing principles, with a focus on social media.
  • Demonstrate creativity and a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Be proficient in content marketing theory and application, with experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Maintain excellent writing and language skills, with the ability to communicate information and ideas effectively in written and video formats.
  • Show the ability to transition from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, providing evidence to support why their ideas are sound.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research and Google Analytics, as well as a technical understanding of new tools.
  • Possess functional knowledge of WordPress.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and daily activities, including content creation, curation, and management.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts to build strong relationships with target customers.
  • Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed to maximize results.
  • Act as an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, and implement ongoing education to remain highly effective.
