We're seeking a strategic and hands-onDigital Managerto lead our digital presence, drive engagement, and optimize performance across all digital channels. In this role, you'll own our website, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns—ensuring brand consistency, data-driven decision-making, and seamless user experiences.

Success looks like:

  • Growing our digital audience and engagement metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROI).
  • Streamlining workflows between marketing, sales, and creative teams.
  • Leveraging analytics to refine strategies and report on KPIs.

This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's online identity and directly impacts our company's growth and customer reach.

  • Develop and execute a cross-channel digital strategy (SEO, social, email, paid ads).
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business goals.
  • Optimize website UX/UI and have a good grip on Wordpress.
  • Lead paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI.
  • Analyze data (Google Analytics, CRM) to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and external agencies.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging tools/technologies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Proven track record of growing audiences and meeting KPIs.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
