Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business, including assigning tasks to team members, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigning work assignments and managing team productivity.
  • Managing internal/external client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Liaising with multiple customers and suppliers via various technology channels.
  • Updating databases with changes and customer information.
  • Analyzing problems and developing logical solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, management, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Basic MS Office skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable in different situations and environments.

Work Environment:
