Job Title: Senior Executive Talent Acquisition
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform our recruitment strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
