About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong networking within the local market, and the ability to find and engage top talent across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

  • Create engaging job postings and manage recruitment channels (LinkedIn, portals, referrals, etc.)

  • Maintain an updated pipeline of potential candidates for various roles

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication throughout the hiring process

  • Stay updated on hiring trends and talent availability in the Pakistani market

Requirements

  • 6-8 months of proven experience in 360° recruitment

  • Strong networking within the Pakistani recruitment space

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
