We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management, as well as strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to improve online presence, generate high-quality leads, and optimize conversions. They will work closely with the content team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and marketing materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive quality traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
    • Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, structured data, internal linking, website audits).
    • Execute off-page SEO (link building, guest posting, outreach strategies).
    • Optimize website speed, user experience (UX), and mobile-friendliness.
    • Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
  • Paid Ads & PPC Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads to generate high-quality leads.
    • Set up and optimize campaigns, targeting the right audience for maximum ROI.
    • A/B test ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversions.
    • Monitor and adjust ad spending to ensure optimal budget allocation.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
  • General Digital Marketing & Reporting:
    • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on SEO rankings, website traffic, and ad campaign results.
    • Identify new digital marketing trends and experiment with innovative strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new marketing trends are also essential.
