Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of infrastructure administration, network connectivity, system maintenance, and cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting security-related activities, including ISO 27001 compliance. They will be responsible for administering and maintaining IT infrastructure, managing network connectivity, Internet access, email systems, and IP Telephony network.

Key Responsibilities include setting up and possessing knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Windows OS and Linux OS. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL servers, Visual Studios, and VMware Technologies is also required.

The Network Support Engineer will assist in supporting corporate applications, internal servers, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. They will perform basic troubleshooting activities for hardware and software issues, contribute to backup and archiving procedures, and assist in the installation and improvement of computer software, network equipment, and cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will respond promptly to IT tickets, trouble calls/emails, create and manage network and email accounts for new users, set up computers for new users, and ensure equipment delivery to different locations when necessary.

They will also assist with inventory management for software, hardware, and other IT supplies, participate in the procurement process for new IT equipment and supplies, and incorporate ISO 27001 principles into daily operations, ensuring compliance with information security standards.
