We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Sales Team. As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets while training and coaching your team to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by Example: You will be a role model for your team, setting the standard for professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional service.
  2. Provide Training and Coaching: You will be responsible for training and coaching your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need.
  3. Set Goals and Expectations: You will set clear goals and expectations for your team, ensuring everyone understands their role.
  4. Foster a Collaborative Team Culture: You will foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging your team members to work together.
  5. Manage Performance: You will manage the performance of your team, ensuring everyone is meeting their targets.
  6. Identify Opportunities for Growth: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and development within the team.

Requirements:

  1. Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Passionate about sales with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
  3. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales in the real estate industry.
  4. Proven leadership skills and prior experience in leading a team.
