- Chatting with customers via phone, email, live chat, or SMS to help with orders, returns, or product questions.
- Providing support that feels human — reflecting each brand's voice and values with care.
- Following up on order tracking, resolving issues smoothly, and offering thoughtful solutions.
- Keeping things documented — from common questions to key feedback.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, VA roles, or e-commerce.
- Clear, friendly written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, or Gorgias (bonus points).
- A calm and proactive approach when solving customer issues.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
