Community Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to lead the charge in building, engaging, and nurturing our community of customers, content creators, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and promote content that drives engagement and builds trust within the community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live product demos for customers, addressing their technical queries and showcasing key features.
  • Act as the bridge between the company and its customers, providing feedback to internal teams for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community relations management, technical content creation, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Confident on-camera presence for live sessions, webinars, and interviews.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to create engaging technical content.
  • Familiarity with marketing channels such as affiliate marketing, organic marketing, and content marketing.
  • Competent social media user, comfortable engaging with communities across online forums such as Reddit, Discord, Quora, etc,
  • Experience working with content creators to develop video tutorials, courses, or related media.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
