Job Summary:
To excel in this role, a minimum of a high school diploma is required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is beneficial.
This position involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. You will play a key part in establishing relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make targeted phone calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Promote and explain our offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Identify and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in our database.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone demeanor Strong persuasive and negotiation skills are essential.
- The ability to handle rejection and stay motivated is crucial.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are necessary.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is vital.
