Job Description

As a Technical Lead for AI Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of AI engineers and developing and deploying machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, ensuring best practices in model development and deployment.

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

• Research and implement cutting-edge AI techniques, staying updated with industry trends.

• Ensure model performance, scalability, and efficiency through continuous improvements.

• Oversee MLOps workflows, model versioning, and automation of AI pipelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to AI models and deployment.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in AI development, with experience in leading projects or teams.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Required Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and automation.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, effective communication and collaboration skills.
