Customer Support Representative

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. You will be working closely with clients, providing them with timely and professional support.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a bachelor's degree is a plus. They will have proven experience in a customer service or support role, familiarity with CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
