Front Office Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of the front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining company standards, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting Guests: Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
  • Front Desk Operations: Assist in managing front desk operations including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Maintain guest satisfaction at all times by responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Appearance and Cleanliness: Ensure the professional appearance and cleanliness of the front desk and reception area.
  • Team Support: Support the Front Office Manager in delivering company brand standards and service excellence.
  • Guest Records: Monitor and maintain accurate guest records, including data entry in PMS (Property Management System).
  • Cash Handling: Handle guest billing, cash handling, and credit card transactions securely.
  • Room Availability: Assist in monitoring room availability and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Daily Reports: Prepare daily reports and assist with weekly front desk documentation and audits as required.
  • Security Protocols: Follow security protocols, including ID verification, key issuance, and emergency procedures.
  • Concierge Services: Provide concierge-level support with local information, transport, and general guest needs.
