Technical Documentation Writer

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills and be able to create clear, concise documentation for software applications. The responsibilities of this role include creating user manuals, training guides, operation manuals, test plans, and other project and product documentation.

  • We are looking for someone who can visualize data, concepts, and workflows to create diagrams, charts, and illustrations to supplement documentation.
  • The selected candidate will initiate process improvements and participate in departmental efforts to develop and analyze documentation standards and procedures.
  • They will also coordinate with the development team to produce software documentation in a timely manner, scope, track, and manage the documentation process to ensure that high-quality documentation is delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality technical documents such as user manuals, training guides, and operation manuals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the development team to produce software documentation.
  • Initiate process improvements and participate in departmental efforts to develop and analyze documentation standards and procedures.
