Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive engagement and product awareness across various social media platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, planning and executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, staying up-to-date with industry trends, engaging with online communities, collaborating with content and design teams, and managing paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and building relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive digital strategy.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (3+ years).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to measure campaign success.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
