About the Role:
As a CRM Manager, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure that the CRM system provides effective solutions to their needs.
- Implement, manage, and enhance the CRM system to ensure optimal performance and usage.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the CRM data through regular audits and cleansing.
- Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the CRM tools and features.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure CRM functionality aligns with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing user adoption and satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor CRM usage and effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate marketing automation and lead nurturing processes with the CRM.
- Ensure CRM practices comply with data protection laws and company policies.
- Manage CRM-related projects from conception to implementation, including integration with other systems.
