Motive's customer success relies on implementation consultants like you to onboard new customers and empower them to maximize their fleet management solutions.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the initial phase of our customer's journey with Motive.
This position involves effectively guiding new customers through hardware/software setup and system training, ensuring timely and successful onboarding/product adoption.
- Lead new customers through the initial setup process to guarantee seamless integration with our product.
- Monitor customer progress and activities to ensure timely activation and effective use of our features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle a large volume of phone conversations and email inquiries to provide world-class support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships and drive business growth.
- 3+ years prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to leverage data to inform engagement strategies.
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills to address complex customer needs.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills to educate customers on our value proposition.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail and professionalism.
