
Business Development Executive

As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and market share growth within your designated territory. Your key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, executing national brand cycles, and supervising distributor operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
About the Job- Achieve territory level sales, market share, and availability targets through effective monitoring of brands in outlets.
- Supervise distributor operations against standards set in distribution manuals and business plans.
- Establish positive relationships with trade members, giving special attention to preferred groups such as loyalty outlets, local trade unions, and top-end/priority outlets.
This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build effective working relations with distributors to drive business growth through people and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A sound educational background with a minimum bachelor's degree (preferably business graduates).
- 1-year functional experience in distribution & sales is preferred in the FMCH sector.
- Trade Marketing, Account Management, and Field Operations expertise are highly valued.
