Technical System Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for providing system functional support at a global level. This includes system administration of HR systems, building new configurations within the system, troubleshooting system issues and escalating as necessary.
You will also be responsible for creating functional support documentation for training team members, providing system support for all end users, and managing issues to ensure timely resolution with strong time management skills.
A key aspect of this role is understanding, building, and amending specific functionalities of HR systems and related resourcing technologies (integrations). You will also be responsible for mining and documenting technical knowledge and publishing related technical documentation.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
