The HR manager plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resource team and functions of the organization. Key responsibilities include providing HR administrative functions, recruitment, training, and development, people and performance management, social welfare, as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Recruitment:
  • Coordinates, negotiates, and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fees, advertisement recruitment, and interview schedules.
  • Conducts interviews up to senior executive levels and higher management levels.
  • Assists staff in preparing letters of offer to selected candidates and rejection letters to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Conducts or coordinates exit interviews.

All tasks and responsibilities as mentioned in the Branch Trainer job description.

">HR Administration:">
  • Reviews, updates, and maintains proper filing of staff information, HR handbook, performance appraisal forms, etc.
  • Updates the organizational chart.
  • Reviews compensation and benefits up to junior level.
  • Drafts employment contract letters or other types of employment correspondence.
