We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled recruiter to source, screen, and select top IT professionals for various positions in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage with top IT talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct screening calls with prospective candidates to gather information and provide briefs about the role.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding.
- Specialize in recruiting for IT positions in the US market while ensuring compliance with US employment standards and practices.
- Collaborate closely with clients or hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and keep records of all candidate communications.
- Stay up-to-date with current hiring trends, salary standards, and labor market information for the US IT sector.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on the US market.
- Familiarity with US hiring standards, work visas, and employment laws.
- Strong experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work in different time zones to align with US clients.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for senior or specialized IT roles such as cloud engineers, DevOps, etc.
