Business Analysis Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end RFP process, analyzing RFP requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.

You will work closely with sales, technical, and subject matter experts to gather information, develop proposal content, and address client needs. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying opportunities to improve existing business processes, workflows, and systems.

You will also analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Your ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner will support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the RFP process from start to finish
  • Analyze RFP requirements and develop proposal content
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and workflows
  • Conduct data analysis and present findings
  • Foster effective communication and stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • In-depth knowledge of RFP processes and software tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
