
Clinical Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to fill a critical role in our healthcare team. As the first point of contact for patients and their families, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience.
- Explain waiting times to anxious patients and their families, providing reassurance and support.
- Collaborate closely with medical staff, including doctors and senior staff, to review situations and coordinate care.
- Maintain strong relationships with security supervisors and other departments to ensure clinical discipline and effective communication.
- Share information regularly with line managers and heads of department to facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Engage with personnel and departments to resolve complaints and improve service quality, always striving for excellence.
- Develop a liaison with departmental units to ensure seamless coordination and effective problem-solving.
- Coordinate with support services and work with the In-charge Nurse to ensure patient satisfaction and uphold service standards.
- Assist senior staff in problem-solving and decision-making, using analytical skills to find solutions.
- Coordinate with administrative offices to ensure efficient operations and timely communication.
- Discuss with patients to ensure comfort and satisfaction, follow up, and resolve complaints, always prioritizing their needs.
- Share daily updates with line managers and heads of department to keep them informed and engaged.
- Maintain the clinical environment according to set standards, promoting a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Keep resident monthly evaluation files for quarterly reviews, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Supervise daily operations of family medicine services, ensuring effective management and high-quality care.
- Maintain patient token records and monthly reports for Family Medicine, providing valuable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate the quality of services provided within the clinic, always striving for excellence and continuous improvement.
- Update residents' monthly rotation schedules as per HOD instructions, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Organize academic sessions for Residents and Medical Officers as scheduled, fostering a culture of learning and development.
