Overview:

  • The role entails spearheading operational efficiency across fabric processing, procurement, and production planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive production strategies, encompassing product development, consumption tracking, sampling, and shipment reconciliation for timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality, on-time delivery, quantity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain International Health, Safety, Social, Environment, Quality, and Security standards within company facilities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher (preferably in Textile).
  • More than 10-15 years of experience in Textile, fabric, exhaust wet processing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of fabric, exhaust wet processing, weaving, stitching, and made-ups.
  • Outstanding leadership and management abilities.
